Call Centre
alldayPA's UK call centres, based in Manchester in the
North West, are entirely run by our own staff; none
of our call
handling is outsourced.
We maintain our own building, with a back up facility in
a separate building close by, also owned by alldayPA, for
security and disaster recovery purposes.
Each PA is required to pass secretarial
and communication exams before being offered employment and
is then trained
internally on our own in-house designed systems - this
means you will experience the same high level of professionalism
from each and every PA.
To ensure we cover your calls 24 hours a day, the call centre
operates a complex shift system and we are always over-staffed
to handle any fluctuation of incoming calls.
